We've got the answers for your questions

1. What is the wound of rejection?

IThe wound of rejection is a deep emotional imprint that forms when you repeatedly experience not being seen, chosen, or wanted in the way you needed. Over time, your nervous system learns to expect rejection, so even small signs – like a delayed reply or a neutral face – can feel like proof that something is wrong with you.

2. How do I know if I have a rejection wound?

You might have a rejection wound if you feel very sensitive to criticism, silence, or distance, and often interpret them as “I’m not enough”. Common signs include people‑pleasing, perfectionism, fear of asking for what you want, testing relationships, or pulling away before others can reject you.

3. Are your masterclasses therapy?

No, my masterclasses are not therapy. They are educational, psychology‑informed group sessions that help you understand your emotional patterns and give you practical tools to work with them. In a certain sense, they open the door to self‑awareness, which is often the first step in therapy. If you’re already in therapy, they can complement your work; if you’re in deep crisis, individual support may be more appropriate.

4. How do you work with people?
5. What is Integrational Transformation??

I work in a gentle, body‑aware way and take a holistic view of the whole person. We look at your thoughts and stories, but also at how emotions and stress live in your body and nervous system. Through guided reflection, simple somatic practices, and practical exercises, you’ll learn to recognise your patterns and respond to them with more clarity and self‑trust. If you feel ready for deeper work, you can also sign up for my 1:1 Integrational Transformation & Holistic Therapy with NLP, where we work more intensively on your emotional patterns, self‑worth, and relationships.

Integrational Transformation is my holistic approach to working with the whole person – body, mind, and energy. I work at a deep subconscious level with a psychological foundation, using NLP therapy, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation to help you understand and change your core emotional patterns. Instead of focusing only on thoughts or only on the body, I look at how everything connects, so the changes you make are integrated and lasting.

6. Who is this work for?

This process is for you if you feel like you’ve already "done everything"—the books, the workshops, the talk therapy—yet something inside still feels out of alignment.

If you are ready to stop operating from a place of pressure and exhaustion, and instead move toward a life of inner stillness, then you are likely ready for this deeper level of work.
